All donations made to Qrew are voluntary contributions to support our ongoing development and server costs. Donations are generally final and non-refundable, as they are contributions rather than purchases of goods or services.

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical errors resulting in duplicate donations
  • Unauthorised use of payment methods
  • Donations made by mistake due to technical issues on our platform

3. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances:

  2. Provide details of the transaction including date, amount, and reason for refund request
  3. Allow up to 5-10 business days for us to review your request
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

If you have any concerns about a donation or our service, please contact us directly at support@qrew.app. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may not be able to provide future services.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
